The Union Home Minister, Mr. P. Chidambaram arrived in Srinagar this afternoon on a two day visit of the Kashmir Valley. AIR correspondent reports that the Home minister will be meeting State Governor, N.N. Vohra and Chief Minister Omer Abdullah in the evening and discuss the latest overall situation in the State and all related issues. The Home Minister will chair a couple of high level meetings in Srinagar and Pahalgam tomorrow and also review the security situation and the arrangements for the Amaranth Yatra. The Union Home minister is also scheduled to visit a forward post on the line of control in the Gurez Sector.
