Union Home Minister P Chidambaram arrived in Arunachal Pradesh capital Itanagar this morning. <br/>The helicopter carrying the Union Minister landed at the Raj Bhawan helipad around 8.30 am. During his two day visit to the state, Chidambaram is expected to have talks with the State Governor JJ. Singh and Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu. <br/>The home minister will also hold meetings with state’s top civil administration and security officials and review the overall security scenario in the border state. Home minister Chidambaram will visit Khonsa, the headquarters of the volatile Tirap district and assess the security scenario there tomorrow.<br/> AIR correspondent reports that, insurgent groups like NSCN (IM) and NSCN (K) have visible presence in the district.<br/><br/> <br/>
