On International Women's Day, in Maoist affected Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh, the district administration along with the police and central paramilitary forces organized a women's conference and honored the local women. <br />'' <br />''AIR correspondent reports, the police, CRPF and district administration organized a women's conference in Sameli village of Kuankenda block of Maoist-affected Dantewada district in Chhattisgarh today. On this occasion, the senior officials of security forces, not only honoured women who have made significant contributions in various fields, but also encouraged the local women living in this tribal and rural area. The women commandos of the security forces presented a cultural program in the local tribal dialect Gondi and gave a message of awareness against Maoism. Distribution of household material to rural women was also done under the civic action program by the security forces.<br />
