Atleast two BSF jawans were injured in a Naxal attack in the Kanker district of Chhattisgarh this morning. According to police sources, a road opening party was on its way in the Koilibeda police station area, when Naxalites atop hillocks in the Etabalka jungle suddenly opened fire at the police party. In this firing, two BSF jawans sustained injuries and have been admitted in the local hospital. No other casualty has, however, been reported in this incident.
