<span style="color: #222222;">In the midst of assembly elections, Chhattisgarh government has shifted out its Commissioner Public Relations Rajesh Sukumar Toppo – two days after opposition Congress complained to Election Commission demanding action against him after a sting operation went viral.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports the Congress had alleged that the senior IAS officer was heard telling to arrange sting videos of certain senior Congress leaders.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">As per government orders, Rajesh Toppo has been shifted as special secretary in the state secretariat and 2004 batch IAS officer P Anbalagan has been posted as Commissioner public relations.</span><br />
