In Chhattisgarh, one naxalite was killed in an encounter with the police in the Raigarh district today. The encounter took place in the jungle near Dogripali under the Baramkela police station area. Police have also recovered some weapons from the site of the encounter which include one AK-47 rifle. Senior police officials have reached the spot to supervise the combing operation in the area.
