The Chhattisgarh High Court today quashed the exam held for the post of Deputy Superintendent of police by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission in 2005. The High Court has also asked the state PSC to issue a fresh merit list as per the revised police recruitment rules 2005. The judgement came after hearing a petition filed by a section of the examinees challenging the validity of the merit list which they alleged was prepared by virtue of the police recruitment rules 2002.<br/>
