In Chhattisgarh, a hardcore Maoist was killed in an encounter with security forces today.<br />'' <br />'' The gunfight between District Reserve Guard and Maoists took place at Dabba forest in Dantewada district. Police recovered the body of Maoist and a rifle from the spot. <br />'' <br />'' The killed Maoist was carrying a reward of 5 lakh rupees on his head. According to police officials, he was involved in the attack in which BJP MLA Bhima Mandavi was killed during recent Lok Sabha elections.
