The permission of finance department will be necessary for the recruitment on all vacancies, except direct recruitment by public service commission and appointment on compassionate grounds. Government officials will not be allowed to travel in business class of flights and first class compartments of trains under government expenses.<br />''<br />''Government has also suspended the annual increments of all employees due on July 1 and January 1. To rationalize the expenditure, all schemes will be reviewed and the implementation of such schemes which are not very useful in current scenario, will be suspended.
