The state government has issued special guidelines regarding Chhath Puja in view of the pandemic situation.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''In Chhattisgarh, there was a confusion for the last few days over Chhath festival celebration as administration in many districts had issued directions to people to do Chhath Puja at home instead of river banks and ponds.&nbsp;<br />''&nbsp;<br />''But two days ago, the state government has issued fresh&nbsp; guidelines and granted conditional permission for Chhath Puja at the ghats of river and ponds.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''According to the guidelines, only worshipers will be allowed at the Ghats during Chhath Puja. It will be mandatory to maintain social distancing and to wear masks. It will be the responsibility of the organizing committees to prevent unnecessary gathering of people at places of worship.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Also, no procession, rally or cultural program will be allowed to be organized during the festival.
