<span style="color: #222222;">In Chhattisgarh, four Maoists, including three female rebels, were killed in an encounter with security forces today. The exchange of fire took place in the forest of Sendhbehra in Mechka area of Dhamtari district. <br />'' <br />'' Police recovered the bodies of killed Maoists. A 303 rifle and five guns of 12 bore were also recovered from the spot. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that these Maoists were wanted in several cases of murder, loot and arson. Two of the killed Maoists were carrying a reward of five lakh rupees each on their head, while other two had reward of one lakh each. <br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, In the bordering areas of Chhattisgarh and Odisha, the state Police has changed their strategy to control the Maoist activities. According to the DGP D.M. Awasthi, now only Intelligence based operations are being conducted in the areas. <br />'' <br />'' The Special Intelligence Bureau of state police collects the inputs of Maoist movements and on the basis of these information, the commandos of Special Task Force launches the operations.
