The Raman Singh cabinet in Chhattisgarh was expanded on Friday with the induction of Mr. Dayaldas Baghel as a minister. He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by the Governor Mr. Sekhar Dutt in Raj Bhawan a short while ago.<br/><br/>With this the strength of the ministers has gone up to 13. It may be mentioned here that this was the first ministry expansion by the chief minister Dr. Raman Singh since the BJP came to power in the state in December 2008.<br/>
