Chhattisgarh CM directs officials to increase COVID beds in Raipur, Durg Districts

In view of the increasing number of Corona patients in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has directed the officials to increase the number of beds in COVID Hospitals and COVID Care Centers situated in Raipur and Durg Districts. The Chief Minister has also instructed the officials to develop a Mobile app to provide information about filled and empty beds in various hospitals. The d information in this App will be helpful for the Corona patients to choose the appropriate hospital.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The number of Corona positive cases breached the 35 thousand mark in Chhattisgarh. The state reported 1916 fresh COVID-19 cases yesterday, taking the tally of confirmed cases in the state to 35,330. Twelve  people succumbed to the disease. According to the state health department,  Chhattisgarh has now 16,811 active cases, as 18,220 people have been discharged after recovery  while 299 have died so far.</span><br />
