Chhattisgarh allows partial opening of markets, malls & showrooms in districts with below 8% COVID-19 positivity rate

In Chhattisgarh, permission has been given to open markets, malls and showrooms from today in all the districts with declining rates of COVID-19 infections.<b> </b>AIR correspondent reports that, in those districts of Chhattisgarh where the positivity rate is 8% or less, the state government has now given permission to open all markets, shops, showrooms and malls. However, the order stated that shops would be allowed to open only till 6:00 pm.<br />'' <br />''Dinning in hotels and restaurants will not be allowed. Only take away and home delivery through online orders shall be allowed. The cinema hall and theaters will remain closed. Out of 28 districts of Chhattisgarh, 14 districts including the capital Raipur have recorded a test positivity rate of less than 8%.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">In those districts where the positivity rate is more than 8%, the lockdown will continue as per the old guidelines. In these districts, if the positivity rate come down to below 8% for five consecutive days, then only the restrictions will be relaxed.</span><br />
