Amidst rapidly increasing cases of corona infection in Chhattisgarh, the number of active patients has crossed 27 thousand. The average positivity rate in the state is also more than 9%. Meanwhile, the state government has directed all the district collectors to take appropriate steps to prevent spread of Corona infection, according to local circumstances in their district.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''In the instructions issued by the Chhattisgarh government to the divisional commissioners and collectors, it has been said that while assessing the local conditions in the districts, all government offices should be operational with minimum presence of employees and work-from-home method may be adopted if needed.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Besides, operations in central offices like banks, post offices, insurance companies and also in private and public establishments should&nbsp; be continued with minimum presence of employees and the rest of the employees should work from home. Along with this, all meetings should be held virtually through video conferencing as far as possible. Meanwhile, the Covid vaccination campaign is also going on in full swing in the state. More than 50 percent of the children in the age group of 15 to 18 years in the state have been inoculated with the first dose of Covid vaccine.<br />
