In Chhattisgarh, at least 5 persons were killed and 15 injured in a bus accident on Thursday in the Raygarh district. The accident took place near Tamnar when the passenger bus toppled into a rivulet while negotiating a narrow bridge. The deceased include a woman. The injured have since been admitted to the local hospital where the condition of two persons is stated to be critical. The chief minister Dr. Raman Singh has deeply condoled the death of the passengers.
