Earlier, English team were all out for 477 after resuming the day at an overnight score of 284 for four. All-rounder Moeen Ali was the highest contributor with 146 followed by Joe Root 88. Dawson and along with?Adil?Rashid, who made 60, put the tourists in a comfortable position. For the hosts, Ravindra Jadeja was the highest wicket taker with three for 106.
