Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has flown to Cuba to resume chemotherapy treatment for cancer. Mr Chavez had a tumour removed in Cuba in June. He returned there for a first round of chemotherapy last month. The illness has raised doubts about whether he will beable to stand for re-election next year as planned. However, addressing crowds on his 57th birthday on 28 July, President Chavez declared that he was aiming for victory. He says he has beenresponding well to the treatment.
