Indian National Lok Dal chief Om Prakash Chautala today met Home Minister P Chidambaram and asked for amendments in the Hindu Marriage Act favouring ban on same gotra marriage. <br/><br/>After his meeting with the Home Minister, he said he is opposed to inter-caste marriage. Mr. Chautala, who also gave a memorandum to Chidambaram said his party would bring a proposal in the state assembly regarding this. He said if the government brings in an amendment bill in this regard, Indian National Lok Dal will support it.<br/>
