Chattisgarh Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan has been sworn in as Governor of Andhra Pradesh. High Court Chief Justice A R Dave administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Narsimhan at a simple ceremony at Rajbhavan in Hyderabad this morning. Mr. Narsimhan, a former Intelligence Bureau Chief has taken additional charge as Governor of Andhra Pradesh following the resignation of Mr. N D Tiwari. Chief Minister K Rosaiah, several state Ministers and Chief Secretary Ramakantha Reddy, High Court judges, City Mayor Karthik Reddy and leaders of political parties were present at the ceremony.<br/>
