Chattisgarh Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan will be taking additional charge as Andhra Pradesh Governor tomorrow morning. He will be taking charge following the resignation of Mr. N D Tiwari. Mr Narasimhan, a former Intelligence Bureau Chief will also look after Andhra Pradesh until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor are made.<br/> N D Tiwari, who was appointed as governor in August 2007, resigned yesterday citing health grounds after a television channel showed a controversial tape allegedly involving him in a sex scandal. However, Mr. Tiwari denied the allegations levelled by the channel. The President has accepted the resignation of Mr. Tiwari.
