In Uttarakhand, three persons were killed in rain related incidents during last 24 hours. However, most of the blocked roads on Char Dham yatra routes have now been opened even as clearer weather was reported in some parts of the state. Although some highways and link roads are still blocked and Border Road Organisation and the district administration are working round the clock to clear the debris.
