Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast has said that the change in Iran's Foreign Ministry has no impact on the country's macro policies in the international affairs. Talking to reporters in Tehran on Tuesday, Mehmanparast said talks between Iran and the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and Germany (P5+1) will be held within a specific framework.On Monday, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad appointed Ali Akbar Salehi as acting Foreign Minister removing Manouchehr Mottaki from the post. No official reason was given for the change. Salehi is currently the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI).
