India will clash with Pakistan in their third and final Group-B match of the ICC Champions Trophy cricket tournament at Birmingham on Saturday. The match will begin at 3 PM Indian time. AIR correspondent reports, though the Men in Blue have already booked a semi-final berth making today's encounter a dead rubber, the two sub-continent gaints will take guard at Egdbaston today, ready to give their fans all the excitement and emotion, an India-Pakistan match always have. Team India had defeated South Africa and the West Indies in their opening two games, and is the only team in the tournament which is, so far, unbeaten. Winless and out of the competition, Pakistan would like to fly back home with their heads high beating India, the team which they have never lost a Champions trophy match to. Indian bladesmen have been splendid in this tournament, and it will be a good test for them, with bowlers like Saeed Ajmal, Junaid Khan and Mohammed Irfan on the other side. India's problem has been their bowling in the slog overs. Coach Duncan Fletcher and MS Dhoni have a brilliant opportunity to restructure their bowling strategy, something which may prove handy in the knock-out stage. Meanwhile, the other Group-B match between South Africa and the West Indies ended in a draw at Cardiff on Friday. By virtue of a better net run-rate, South Africa managed to secure a semifinal berth, becoming the second team from Group-B, after India, to make it to the knock-out stage.
