In Johannesburg on Sunday, India lost to Belgium 3-4 in the final Champions Challenge hockey. Both the teams were level 3-3 till the final moments of the game. The all important gold was scored by Florent van Aubel who caught the Indian defenders off-guard and scored the winner for Belgium at the stroke of the hooter to not only hand Belgium the gold medal but also a maiden place in next year's Champions Trophy in Australia.
