<span style="color: #222222;">Union minister Hardeep Singh Puri today informed the Lok Sabha that the Patna Metro Rail Project is on the right track and the CEO and Director for the project will be appointed within a month. He was answering a question raised by JD(U) MP Rajiv Ranjan Singh during the question hour in the Lok Sabha. <br />''<br />''Mr Puri was complaining that in the absence of a chairperson to the Metro Corporation, important decisions are pending or delayed. Allaying fears, Minister said that the project is being monitored by him personally and with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation as consultant to the project. He also said that an amount of 50 crore rupees has been released as equity by the Central Government to PMRC. The Minister said, the work is progressing in the two  corridors, namely Danapur to Mithapur and Patna Railway Station to New ISBT with total length of 31.39 km in one phase. </span><br />
