Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment &nbsp;Ramdas Athawale has said that his Ministry is working to provide facilities for Divyangjan to create an atmosphere which will guarantee them equal opportunities. Mr Athawale was talking to media persons after visiting Guwahati yesterday. He reviewed the implementation of various schemes of his Ministry. &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' The minister informed that there is over 4 lakh of divyangan in Assam. He said 1,39,000 divyangjan have received a pension of 1000 rupees every month the state. Mr Athawale further said that his Ministry, in its commitment to the welfare of Divyangjan, has increased reservation in Central government, state government and semi-government services for them.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' <br />
