Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that the government would be able to contain inflation after a good Rabi season. He said the government had also initiated steps to check black marketing and hoarding to check price rise.<br/><br/>Addressing a rally at Ambala in Haryana today, he asked the people of the State to return Congress to power contending that it needs a government which would work in tandem with the Centre and reap the benefits of centrally- sponsored schemes. Dr. Singh said the Congress had never played the politics of dividing the society but made efforts to take everybody along with it.
