Government on Thursday welcomed the Supreme Court decision to monitor the investigation in the alleged 2G scam. Talking to reporters in New Delhi the Information and Technology Minister Mr. Kapil Sibal rejected the opposition demand for a JPC probe. He added that this probe cannot investigate the scam and will finally ask any investigating agency to do the investigation. Mr.Sibal said that the government is trying to expedite the investigating process.
