Centre to take all necessary steps to ensure passage of women’s reservation Bill: Jayanthi Natrajan

Union Environment Minister Jayanthi Natrajan has said that the Centre would take all necessary steps to ensure the passage of women’s reservation Bill in the budget session of Parliament. She was speaking to newsmen in Chennai today. The Minister said, the UPA government would last its full term, ruling out mid term polls. Replying to a question, Mrs Natrajan said, parties which have been elected to power in the recent polls, should concentrate on providing good governance and not work to destabilize the Centre.
