The Centre will request the Supreme Court to reconsider its decision to ban diesel taxis in the national capital. Speaking to media in New Delhi this evening, Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said, Government respects the Apex court and it will put forward its stand before the court and try to find a solution.<br/><br/>He said, if necessary Delhi government will be made a party. He said, Centre is working to make the country pollution-free. The Minister said, in the field of bio-fuels, the Centre has done more work than what was done in the last 50 years. He said, BS VI emission norms will be implemented by 1st April 2020.
