The Centre will provide ten pre-fabricated community-hall type structures for immediate rehabilitation of those who lost their houses in the last months earthquake in the worst hit North district of Sikkim. Besides, ten more such structures will be procured for accommodating students at the totally collapsed Primary Schools in the district.

A Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs Mr. Shambhu Singh who led nine member Central Assessment team told this to the State Government officials in Gangtok.
