The centre will launch the cash transfer scheme for the poors on 13th of next month. Addressing a public rally at former maoist stronghold at Lalgarh in West Midnapur District of West Bengal today the Union Minister for Rural Development Jairam Ramesh said that, the Government has decided to start the project so that poor people can get direct cash benefits from different central schemes without any interference of middleman. Ramesh assured all kinds of help to the West Bengal for Rural Development. Criticising the present Trinamul Congress led Government in the State he said that, the development has not yet come though there is a change of Government. Ramesh urged the people of the State to go for another round of Parivartan to give a chance to Congress to rule the State. He said that, the Congress will fight Panchayet election in the State slated to be held in next year with full vigour. The Union minister of state Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Deepa Dasmunsi and Pradesh Congress President Pradip Bhattacharjee also addressed the gathering.
