The Centre has decided to formulate a litigation policy to reduce arrears and to ensure speedy trials. This was disclosed by the Union Law and Justice Minister Veerappa Moily in Kolkata on Sunday. He also stressed the need of implementation of E-courts project. The Union Law Minister asked the Eastern states to effectively utilise the 13th Finance Commission grants to develop infrastructure required for speedy and affordable justice delivery system. <br/>
