Centre to constitute high-level committee to deal with mob lynching incidents

<span style="color: #222222;">The government has decided to set up a high-level committee headed by the Union Home Secretary to formulate appropriate measures to deal with mob lynching incidents. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The committee will make its recommendations to the Government in four weeks.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Home Minister Rajnath Singh informed this to the Lok Sabha today. He said, the Government has also decided to constitute a Group of Ministers headed by the Home Minister to consider the recommendations of the high-level committee. They will submit their recommendations to the Prime Minister.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the  Centre has sought a report from the Rajasthan Government on the Alwar lynching incident. Officials sources said, the Home Ministry has asked the State Government to send the report about the incident. A man was lynched on Friday in Alwar city of Rajasthan allegedly by cow vigilantes. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju has said, the Central government has sent strong advisories to all the states on such incidents. He said, the issue has been taken very seriously and no leniency will be shown in terms of action against them. </span><br />''
