The Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr. S. Jagathrakshakan has said that the Centre is taking steps to conduct film festivals in every state as announced.<br/><br/>Inaugurating the 7th Chennai International Film Festival in the city on Wednesday, the Minister said that uniform tax structure with concession for the entertainment industry is being scrutinized by the Government.<br/><br/>The nine day film festival will screen hundred films from 38 countries.
