Centre will chalk out six-month action plan to control prices in the country. Talking to reporters after the state Food Ministers Conference in New Delhi today, Food Minister Ram Vilas Paswa said that the Essential Commodities Act will be made more stringent by making offences under the Act non-bailable to check the hoarding.
