The Centre will bring a comprehensive Public Service Delivery and Citizen Grievances Bill which would cover all

public utility services. It will provide for full transparency and accountability in public service delivery and administration within a stipulated time-frame.

Union Minister of state V Narayanasamy said in Patna that the Lokpal would deal with the corruption in bureaucracy, the Citizen Grievances bill, likely to be tabled in the Winter Session of Parliament, would strictly deal with
corruption at lower level.
