The Union Human Resource Development Minister Mr Kapil Sibal on Monday said that the government would create an appropriate environment to attract public private partnership and private players to education sector. Releasing a book in New Delhi, the Minister said that private players were necessitated as all the universities cannot be funded by the state and the central government. <br/><br/>He announced that there would be paradigm shift in the education policies of the government this year. Mr Kapil Sibal assured that researchers and faculty would be given a stake in the system to boost higher education and research which are vital for a national’s development.
