Vice President M.Venkaiah Naidu has expressed the confidence that the Centre and States will effectively coordinate and implement various measures to address the concerns of the farmers.<br />'' <br />'' Welcoming &nbsp;the decision of Indian Railways to resume goods and parcel services, Mr Naidu said, &nbsp;It will provide much-needed relief to farmers to transport the perishables in time as<br />'' <br />'' there have been some reports of farmers' distress, particularly horticultural growers not getting remunerative prices.<br />'' <br />'' Mr. Naidu said, &nbsp;State governments and district authorities must step in to make optimum use of these services by Railways so that farmers do not incur losses. &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Mr.Naidu has also spoken to &nbsp; Home Minister &nbsp;Amit Shah and Railway Minister &nbsp;Piyush Goyal on the need to ensure timely delivery of agriculture produce to markets and mitigate hardship faced by farmers.<br />'' <br />'' <br />
