The Central Government has set a target to supply power to all houses across the country by 2019 and to all villages by March 21, 2017. Union Minister of State for New and Renewable Energy, Power and Coal, Mr. Piyush Goyal today sated this while speaking at the sectoral session 'Emerging models of PPP: Powering the Growth of Haryana' on the second day of the 'Happening Haryana Global Investors' Summit-2016' at Gurgaon.<br/><br/>The Minister said that Haryana is the first State to supply power to 100 per cent of its villages. He expressed appreciation for the schemes being implemented by Haryana Government, including 'New Integrated Licensing Policy-2016', 'Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana' and 'Transit Oriented Development' policy.<br/><br/>Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal invited entrepreneurs to invest in the service sector. He assured that the State Government would extend all possible support to the investors and would also appoint relationship managers to facilitate them.
