In Jammu and Kashmir, Union Government has released an amount of 836.64 crore rupees against the sanctioned amount of 900 crore rupees under Prime Minister's Development Programme (PMDP) for vital health projects.<br />''<br />''This was stated by J&K Financial Commissioner of the Department of Health and Medical Education Atal Dulloo in a meeting in Srinagar while reviewing works being undertaken under PMDP in the Union Territory.<br />''<br />''Mr. Dulloo said, out of total 144 ongoing and new health projects approved under this financial assistance programme, 48 projects have been completed while rest of 96 projects have been targeted for completion during the current and financial year.<br />
