<span style="color: #222222;">The Centre has released over 157 crore rupees to the States and Union Territories under the Nirbhaya Fund scheme for setting up of Women Help Desks in Police Stations. This was informed by Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today. He said, sanctioned funds also cover any new police stations set up in the State and UTs.</span><br />
