The government has released grant in aid worth of nearly Rs. 2,90,000 as central share of funds for the implementation Swarnjayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana,SGSY in two eligible districts of Bihar during this fiscal.<br/><br/>Acoording to the Ministry of Rural Development, around Rs. 1.5 crore will be provided to Kaimur District while Rs. 1.4 crore to Aurangabad District. <br/><br/>The objective of SGSY is to bring the assisted poor families above the Poverty Line by ensuring appreciable sustained level of income over a period of time.<br/>
