<span style="color: #222222;">Centre has reconstituted the empowered groups for planning and ensuring implementation of COVID-19 activities.<br />'' <br />'' An order issued by Home Ministry said the reconstitution was necessitated due to appointment or transfer or superannuation of members of some of these Empowered Groups.<br />'' <br />'' The eleven Empowered Groups of officers were constituted on 29th of March for ensuring comprehensive and integrated response to COVID 19.<br />'' <br />'' These groups were set up under Disaster Management Act.<br />'' <br />'' </span><br />
