Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Anant Geete has said that NDA government substantially increased the state shares in the country's revenue and has made a provision to provide annually Rs 80 lakh to all gram Panchayats for bringing about progress in the country. The minister was addressing a press conference on NDA Governments achievements in last two years, in Panaji today. <br/><br/>Speaking about his Ministry Mr. Geete said that the Heavy Industry Ministry will soon bring out a policy for heavy engineering sector similar to its recent policy on capital goods. The policy details are being worked out. He also said that the European countries today prefer India as a safe investment destination as compared to China.
