<span style="color: #222222;">Union Tourism and Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy has said, the Centre will provide scholarships to Scheduled Castes students and organise events at 'Panchteerth', five holy sites of Dr B. R. Ambedkar, on his death anniversary on December 6. The Minister said the scholarships will be credited to the accounts of the students. He informed that the major events will also be conducted as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav at 'Panchteerth' of Ambedkar, including his birthplace in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, 'Deeksha Bhoomi' in Nagpur, Maharashtra and the place where he breathed his last. Similarly, a major event has been proposed to be organised on the Constitution Day, celebrated on 26th November, as well, he added.<br />''<br />''Mr Reddy said the government is setting up museums in memory of legendary freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in Delhi and at different other places, including Kolkata, a house where he stayed in Manipur and also in Nagaland on the occasion of Netaji's birth anniversary on 23rd January.<br />''<br />''The Minister said the government will conduct 'Rangoli competitions' on the occasion of 'Sankranti' in January, as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Competitions on patriotic songs for those who write and sing them will also be held.</span>
