The Centre is optimistic that the GST Bill will be passed in the coming session of Parliament. <br/><br/>Talking to newsmen in Guwahati today, minister of State of Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that GDP of the country will go up by 1 percent overnight once the bill would be passed. He said that consultation to pass the all important bill is going on. <br/><br/>The minister alleged , Congress feared that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be credited for passing the bill and possibly for this reason the party opposed the GST bill. <br/><br/>Mr. Rudy, who also holds the charge of Skill Development ministry, said that the ITI will be set up in all blocks of the country. There are 13 thousand ITI s in the country as of now.
