Centre-NSCN (IM) talks to begin on Tuesday

Talks between the Centre and Naga leaders of NSCN (IM) are scheduled to begin in New Delhi on Tuesday, Mr. R S Pandey, interlocutor, will represent the Centre and hold talks with the NSCN(IM) Secretary General, Mr. T H Muviah and the Chairman Mr. Issac Swu Chishi. <br/><br/>The Naga leaders are also likely to meet the Prime Minister and other leaders during their stay. <br/><br/>The last round of peace talks between the government and the Naga group held in March 2009 in Zurich, Switzerland ended in a stalemate.<br/><br/>The NSCN-IM had entered into a ceasefire accord with the centre in August 1997. There have held 67 rounds of talks so far.<br/><br/>
