Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Vijay Sampla has said that the Central government is not only making new public oriented schemes but is also implementing it to provide maximum benefits to the people of the country.<br/><br/>Addressing the Public Information Campaign organised by Jalandhar based Press Information Bureau at Pathankot, today, he said people fail to avail the benefits of many such schemes in the absence of awareness. <br/><br/>He said such campaigns provide information about the schemes and people should attend it to make themselves aware to be benefited. He informed the public about various schemes including Atal Pension Yojna, Pardhan Mantri Jeevan Beema Yojna, Pardhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojna and Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao. Punjab Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Dinesh Singh Babbu also addressed the campaign.<br/><br/>The three-day long campaign which is being organized by PIB in cooperation with all the other media units of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting will conclude on September 18.
